  8. should be regarded as copyright material. If you have purchased this CD
  9. you have the right to read it, and use it, just as if you had purchased
  10. it in printed form. You do NOT have the right to copy, reproduce, or
  11. distribute it, other than as follows.

  13. 1.  The licence to use this CD is for a single user on a single machine.
  14.     If you wish to make it, or any part of it, available over any network,
  15.     BBS service, or other public access system, please seek permission
  16.     from NCS before doing so.
